Welcome to the Campeche Shores Homeowners Association (CSHOA)! Campeche Shores is located on Sydnor Bayou, next door the Moody Gardens Golf course. Galveston is about 45 miles south of Houston on Interstate 45.

 
Our Campeche Shores Community has a mixture of single family homes, duplexes, and five-plex units. Residents enjoy endless recreational opportunities such as fishing, boating, kayaking, birding, golfing, surfing, cycling, or just strolling along the beach.  In addition to the beach and bay, we are very close to the Artist Boat Coastal Heritage Preserve, Galveston Island State Park, and Laffite's Cove Nature Preserve, all of which are among the Island’s most beautiful natural resources. CSHOA is ten minutes from Kroger, Walmart and several great restaurants. 

 
We are perfect for the outdoorsman, naturalist or wetlands enthusiast! Protected wetlands nature reserve at your doorstep with an overwater gazebo and dock. Plenty of fish, crab, bird, kayaking, paddleboard and more! 

 

The HOA enforces deed restrictions, collects assessments, and maintains association standards. Our neighborhood consists of mainly full-time residents.
